General Rules to Remember

RULES TO REMEMBER

1. Do not leave the theatre during the days of the Pageant activities. The schedule may change at any time.

2. No member of your family or friends will be allowed backstage or in the dressing rooms during any of the pageant events or at the completion of the pageant.

3. If, by chance, you meet a judge outside of competition events, just say “hello” and be polite. Any lengthy conversation outside of judging time is inappropriate.

4. Any misconduct, non-observance of rules or disrespect by a contestant is grounds for imme- diate dismissal from the pageant, as determined by the Pageant officials. All rulings by the Pageant officials are final with no refunds of entry, advertising fees or ticket orders.

5. Each of you is a winner, but only one of you can win the crown. We expect you to act like a winner throughout all pageant activities, with respect to the pageant, judges, staff, volun- teers and most importantly yourself.

6. Remember that it is a long-standing Pageant Policy that no refunds will be made for entry fees, advertising fees or tickets orders.

7. Photography & Videography is NOT ALLOWED!!!  The pageants are copyrighted protected productions.  No cameras (video, still, cell phones, etc.) are allowed.  We appreciate your cooperation in informing your family and friends. 

8. Contestants are not permitted to give an interview during pageant day. Contestants are not permitted to interview other contesants for their hometown newspaper or for any reason.

9. Contestants are not permitted to sell products to other contestants or gather contestant information for the purpose of selling products at a later date.

10. Good Luck Signs can be NO larger than one poster board. The theater does not allow banners on the theater walls or lobby walls.

11. No cell phones are allowed backstage at the pageant at ANY time. You may bring your personal camera to use during rehearsals and breaks to capture your personal pageant experience.
