Arrive in the lobby of The Performing Arts Center in Pell City, Alabama.
Go to the Registration Table in the Main Lobby to receive your Contestant Credentials.
Rehearsals are closed to family and the public. You will say goodbye to family and friends in the main lobby. Pageant Staff will take you to the dressing room area where you will leave your wardrobe/luggage and then be seated in the main theater for orientation and rehearsals.
Programs and tickets will be on sale to your family during registration. It is the responsibility of your family to disperse tickets, programs to your family and friends. We suggest they designate a meeting time and place in the theater.
TICKETS are $35. PROGRAMS: TBD – CASH ONLY.
No one under 5 admitted. We love children but they do not love our pageant. They get restless and need to be taken to the lobby. They want to play and run. It is a safety issue. That is all. Sorry. Thank you so very much for your understanding.
PARKING:
To my knowledge, parking should not be a problem. There should be plenty of space in front as well as directly across the main entrance. Should I find out differently, I will let you know and ask you to text your family and friends please.
MAKEUP ARTISTS AND HAIR STYLISTS:
Personal Make-Up Artists and Hair Stylists will not be allowed in rehearsals or backstage. Plan to be self sufficient once you arrive. You may arrive with your hair in rollers if needed. We may be taking photos for fun/social media but there will not be press or judges on premises.
Please make sure that have EVERYTHING you need upon arrival. After all contestants have arrived, the doors will be locked for security and no deliveries will be possible.
Contestants will remain at the theater throughout the day until completion of the pageant. Judges will not attend registration or rehearsals.
